MAX Time Management & Productivity Skills

Many people over estimate what they can do in one day and totally underestimate what they could do in 90 days.

People always seem to be busy but busy with what?

With this in mind, we have designed this programme to help individuals take a step back to analyse how they use their time compared to some of the best practice of productive people across industry today.  This self-audit will identify areas where people can take action to improve their moment-by-moment productivity.

Aim of the programme

You will have the opportunity to audit their time management preferences against best practice with a view to adopting the appropriate skills, disciplines and processes to enable you to maximise your productivity.

Programme style and content

We give you the opportunity to reflect on the work preferences you have developed over time and get you to challenge those preferences, in search of better work life balance based on increasing productivity at work.

Key topics covered include:

  • Different people's work preferences and how it affects their time management.
  • Goals both business and personal and why you need both.
  • Why are you on the payroll? How to focus your energy and wow your boss.
  • Q2 time focus and how to say no nicely.
  • Prioritising your work-prioritising activity by yield.
  • To do and must do lists plus deadlines and start lines.
  • Email and meetings how to do both productively.
  • Delegation how to make it work for you.
  • Telephone, technology, social media and how to use it productively.
  • Organising your work and living space for peak productivity.
  • Making optimum use of travel time.
  • How to live your best day, every day.

What do our delegates say?

Just wanted to say a big thank-you for the course on Thursday! I found it thoroughly enjoyable and extremely inspirational and educational. I am about to go home for the day and I can confirm my Q1 list is complete and I have had an hour set aside today for some serious in-roads into Q2 list. Plus my desk is now de-cluttered and I work on one thing at a time and that's the only thing on my desk!

I can't thank-you enough!
