Martin’s career journey has enabled him to offer unique insights into sales excellence.

Starting out in sales and operations with both airlines and hotels, he quickly rose through the ranks to become National Director of Sales in the hotel industry and later Director of Sales Training & Business Development for Forte PLC.

In 1995, he founded Maxima, driven by a vision to transform how salespeople think, act, and perform. With over 35 years of global sales and business experience, Martin has worked alongside some of the world’s top sales leaders.

His philosophy is simple yet powerful:
successful people leave clues. During the programmes, Martin will share those clues— practical strategies, proven habits, and insider insights—that separate the good from the truly great.
